Our characters are extensively trained to maintain park-quality makeup and attire, ensuring they are always prepared for an enchanting, picture-perfect moment.
Our team undergoes intensive training to maintain character authenticity from the moment they step through the door. They develop a deep understanding of each character’s lore, songs, voice, and mannerisms to deliver an immersive and enchanting experience for our guests.
Each party comes with a trained character assistant to handle all of the little details so that the visit goes off without a hitch! They arrive in their hand-picked company uniform, ensuring they don't break the magic. From setting up the supplies to helping queue photos, they ensure that the character is able to really shine and give 100% of their attention to the children.
